Why the Heart of the Universe works

The Heart of the Universe is not a place, an idea, or a religion – it is a field of consciousness.

It represents the vibrant, intelligent force from which all life originates and to which all life returns. This "heart" pulsates in everything that exists—in every cell, in every sound, in every breath. It is the source from which love, order, and healing arise.

1. Resonance – We are made of the same energy

Everything in the universe is vibration. The human body, thoughts, feelings, and even consciousness are vibrational phenomena. The Heart of the Universe works because we are made of the same energy from which it "lives." When we calm ourselves internally, become still, or open ourselves through art, music, or meditation, our vibrations begin to resonate with this original field again—like two tuning forks attuning to each other.

In this state, healing begins quite naturally because disharmony (separation, fear, guilt, overwhelm) is replaced by coherence – by a feeling of wholeness, clarity and peace.

2. Coherence – order instead of chaos

Surrender means falling back into the natural rhythm of life – into the breath, the heartbeat, the great pulsation of being. May it bring about, everywhere in the world, what it is meant to bring about.
