You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

In case of cancellation, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
We will use the same payment method that was used in the original transaction.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
You must return the goods to us in perfect condition.

Liability for defects (warranty)

The statutory warranty obligations apply in accordance with EU and Spanish consumer law.
The warranty period is 2 years from delivery of the goods.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
We are only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
Furthermore, liability is excluded.
